Lake Nakuru is home to
White and Black Rhino.

In many places Rhino are rarely seen. I filmed a couple in the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania, but that’s a special place as well. Lake Nakuru is a large, shallow lake famous for its Flamingo Migration. However, the lake, surrounding woodlands and large, plentiful grassy areas that spread out around the lake make a perfect habitat for Rhino. Rhino have also been protected in the Lake Nakuru area and because of that protective surrounding, Rhino in the area are more approachable and far less leery of people who come to the reserve to photograph and study them.
